DELIVERY DELAY
Not all items are eligible for delivery. A special mention is applied in the product description.
All items for sale on our site are not always in stock. Being artistic craftsmanship, each piece is unique. It is almost systematically designed for your order, or resulting from a production carried out in anticipation. The creations ordered are systematically manufactured by ourselves.
All our orders are shipped from our workshop within 72 working hours (Monday to Friday) following your order and after production. The times indicated are the times announced by our carriers, in working days.
DAMAGED PARCEL
We ask that you do not take delivery of a damaged package (packaging with visible traces of opening and/or deterioration): it must be refused. Indeed, packages leaving our offices are always impeccable and must be delivered to you in this state. If a damaged package has been left in your mailbox or your caretaker has received it, the package is considered "accepted as is". If no reservation has been made, we will not be able to take into account any disappearances, nor to proceed with compensation.
DELIVERY BY COLISSIMO (standard)
The tracked colissimo is delivered by La Poste in 2 to 5 working days. It is delivered to the delivery address indicated on your order form. It is therefore important to be precise about your delivery address. Delivery is from Monday to Saturday. In case of absence, the postman leaves you a delivery notice, indicating the conditions of withdrawal of your package (place and time). The time limits for proceedings are generally 15 days. Deadlines: the parcel leaves our premises one or two working days following the order confirmation. For orders placed on Friday, the package will be shipped on Monday.
DELIVERY BY CHRONOPOST (express)
The Chronopost is delivered by La Poste or its subcontractors on the working day following the day of the order. It is delivered to the delivery address indicated on your order form. It is therefore important to be precise about your delivery address. Delivery is from Monday to Saturday. In case of absence, the postman leaves you a delivery notice, indicating the conditions of withdrawal of your package (place and time). The time limits for proceedings are generally 15 days.
Deadlines: the parcel leaves our premises one or two working days following the order confirmation.
Orders placed before 1 pm will be dispatched the same day, after 1 pm they will be dispatched the following day.
For orders placed on Friday, the package will be shipped on Monday.
WITHDRAWAL IN STORE
You can also choose to collect your order free of charge from the "Banaka" partner shop in Cambo les Bains (3, allée Edmond Rostand) or at the workshop in Irissarry (143 Chemin de Borda).
All our orders are prepared in our shops within 72 working hours (Monday to Friday) following your order and its manufacture.
An email will be sent to you as soon as your order is ready.
It is imperative to specify when ordering in which store you wish to collect your order.
