How can I check the status of my order?

After an order has been placed, it is processed directly by the workshop. We will inform you of the manufacture of your order or its direct availability. Each flower and bouquet is made especially for you. Do not hesitate to message us to find out if it is in progress or if you want an urgent manufacture. You will be notified when your order is posted.

What are the shipping times?

Delivery time to Europe: 2 to 3 weeks
Delivery time to North America (Canada and United States): 3 to 4 weeks
Delivery time to Africa, South America and Asia: 3 to 5 weeks.

How to order ?

Simply choose your items from the drop down menu on the product page and click the "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" button if you wish to continue shopping. Then follow the steps to complete your order. We will prepare it and send you a confirmation email when your package is sent!
